Who We’re Looking For
The Digital Marketing Specialist will first need to understand our consultative approach as a market differentiator. This role is critical to driving awareness for all our products and services, as well driving qualified traffic and leads to 7Hills Software. This new hire will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing the execution of digital advertising plans and designs, including landing pages, content marketing, SEO, social media and other sponsored media campaigns. The Digital Marketing Specialist thinks critically about how to make our team and brands better and in turn, expects to be given the ability to execute those ideas. The ideal candidate demonstrates creativity, problem solving, self-reliance, love for learning, passion, forward thinking and is a team player.
What Are the Duties
Market Analysis
- Research advertising trends, competitors’ pricing and products
- Develop and leverage models of the customer buying process, segment messaging, and lead nurturing programs across different customers
- Develop and integrate landing pages within broader marketing campaigns and websites
- Ensure digital programs align with the professional brand and the business go-to-market
- Testing emerging features/strategies within advertising platforms as they become available
Social Media
- Responsible for creating and executing paid and unpaid social media Ad campaigns via Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google
- Publish digital marketing content online
- Identify, develop, and manage the execution of a social content calendar across all lines of business as well as drive the SEO strategy and tactical plan
Metrics & Deliverables
- Ensure strong linkage between digital campaigns, websites, and site analytics
- Monitor campaign delivery to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeting objectives and make ongoing optimizations
- Ensure demand generation/campaigns deliver personalized messages across the customer lifecycle
- Integrate with Sales and CRM tool to ensure an optimized leads process and closed sales
What You Can Offer
- Experience managing Social Media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
- Hands-on experience with paid platforms: Google Adwords, Bing, Facebook, or Pinterest
- Strong analytical skills matched with problem-solving
- 2+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing specifically in Social Media and Paid Media
- 4+ years in campaign/project management within a digital marketing organization or agency
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and content creation software
- Knowledge of Composition of Sales Products
- Familiarity with third party tracking solutions and platforms such as Sprinklr
- Experience collaborating and communicating across business, technology, and analytics team
- Track record of strong execution and delivery of commitments
- Strong consideration given to candidates with portfolio and/or references
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or a related field preferred
